2019 Election: You “invented” Server ‘results’ Solely For Petition, INEC Tells Atiku

4/13/2019 10:08:00 PM 0

The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has said that the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) presidential candidate in the 2019 election, Atiku Abubakar, “invented” outcomes of the closing presidential election to prove his case at the Presidential Election Petitions Tribunal.

INEC stated the results have been “invented” completely for the petition and that it “does not share information with such an unclassified entity and any information purportedly derived there from which does now not accord with the result as declared through INEC isn't always actual but rather turned into invented for the purpose” of the tribunal, in line with excerpts of the filings In the 291-page reaction, INEC said it did not transmit results via electronic channels, however used manual collation as stipulated by the LAW. It, but, did not say whether or not it collated results from throughout the united states and compiled them on an Internet-enabled laptop.

Mr Buhari was declared winner of the polls with about three.Nine million votes. He can be sworn in for a second term on May 29. “The 1st Respondent does not share records with such an unclassified entity and any records purportedly derived therefrom which does not accord with the result as declared through the 1st Respondent isn't authentic but was invented for the motive of this case.”

These Are The Evidence You'll Need For A Personal Injury Claim-Case

4/11/2019 06:02:00 PM 0
To win an insurance claim or Personal Injury Lawsuit, you will need evidence to aid your legal responsibility and harm claims. Here are some pointers to help...

Physical Evidence

Who was at fault for an accident is from time to time shown via a bit of “physical” evidence -- some thing you may see or contact, in preference to an outline of what took place. Examples includes a worn or broken stair that precipitated a fall, the dent in a car showing in which it became hit, or an overhanging branch that blocked visibility on a bike path.

Also, physical proof can help prove the extent of a harm. For instance, damage to a car can reveal how tough a collision turned into, and torn or bloodied garb can display your physical injuries very dramatically.

Physical evidence that isn't always preserved or photographed in the first few days following an Accident can get lost, changed by time or weather, destroyed, or repaired. So, any bodily proof you've got -- your broken car or motorcycle, your damaged garb, a defective product -- need to be preserved exactly as it became at the time of the accident. You can later display it to an coverage enterprise as evidence of what happened.

Police Reports in Car Accident Cases

After any slight or critical vehicle accident, it is essential to get the police informed. The police report will normally be the cross-to piece of proof determining liability for causing the accident - even though it also includes inadmissible in courtroom. See Police Reports as Evidence to study more about acquiring and using them at some point of agreement/settlement negotiations.

Photographs

If you do not have a bit of bodily proof, or for any purpose can't keep it, the best choice is to photograph it. Regular photos are better than Polaroids. Not only do they usually show extra element and more correct light situations, however you'll be able to give an Insurance company prints whilst preserving onto the negatives or unique virtual snap shots. These days, almost all cell phones have virtual cameras of sufficient quality to apply to accumulate proof - and they may be almost always ready to be used.

Take a number of photographs from different angles so you can later pick out those that show maximum certainly some things you need to highlight to the insurance Company. You may additionally want to take a video.

Take the pictures as soon as feasible in order that they'll accurately represent the situation of the evidence immediately after the Accident. To set up the date the pictures have been taken, ask a friend or partner to look at you while you're taking the images and to write down a brief observe confirming the date the snap shots were taken. Process the pix right there and ensure the date is indicated on the lower back of the prints, to your receipt, or at the virtual document.

You have the right to take photos in public locations, so if your Accident occurred in an area that is open to the general public, you could cross again and take images. If the location has been closed, attempt to get permission from whoever is in charge -- for example, if you were injured in a slip and fall at a shopping Mall, ask the mall manager or security personnel if you could go beyond the barriers. If the supervisor or security personnels deny your request, make a note of that, and be sure to write down the date, the name of the person that denied your request, and the motives given for not permitting you to take photos. Then write to the Insurance adjuster for the mall, give an explanation for what happened, and demand permission to get in and take the photographs you want. Tell the adjuster that it is “terrible faith” to refuse permission to look at and picture the scene of the accident.

Returning to the Scene

If an Accident took place somewhere aside your Residence, return to the scene as quickly as possible to find any proof and photograph any situations you agree with may additionally have prompted or contributed to the Accident. You may be surprised to locate some thing which you had not been aware of whilst the accident occurred, however which can help provide an explanation for what took place: a worn or torn spot on which you fell, a traffic light that isn't operating. While searching around, you could additionally locate witnesses who noticed what came about or who know of different injuries that took place in the same spot.

Take pictures of the Accident scene from different angles -- in particular your view of things right before the accident -- to keep a good photo of the scene in your mind. Photograph the scene on the same time of day as your Accident happened. For car injuries, image the scene at the same day of the week to expose the amount of traffic it gets.

Evidence Of Your Injuries

Photographs of your accidents also assist in analyzing the extent of your damages. Detailed photos of massive bruising, burns, lacerations assist to tell the tale of your ache.

Without query although, scientific facts are the key to analyzing the volume of your injuries - and in the end, the amount of reimbursement you ought to call for. Even the form of scientific remedy you get is vital - and you could bet the defendant to your case is going to request your clinical statistics. For this motive, it's important to see a medical doctor and observe any treatment hints - mainly referrals to different specialists.

See Predicted Barcelona Line-Up Against Man UTD Tonight

4/10/2019 07:15:00 PM 0

Barcelona are in town this night because the runaway Spanish La Liga leaders are set to tackle Manchester United within the first leg in their Champions League Quarter-Final.

Man UTD Form has dipped in current weeks and have gotten a massive undertaking on our palms towards the Catalans front 3 which are Lionel Messi, Luis Suarez and Philippe Coutinho.

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has been surpassed a blow in that Ander Herrera, Marcus Rashford and Nemanja Matic are all struggling to be fit in time for the first leg at Old Trafford this night.
Barcelona only have Ousmane Dembele lacking through injury.

Here is the Squad I assume Manchester United will be dealing with:

Goalkeeper: Marc-Andre ter Stegen
The German has won the Starting spot from Jasper Cillessen in the Champions League this season. Marc-Andre ter Stegen is one of the best in the World, so much that many feels he needs to be Germany’s number one, ahead of Manuel Neuer. How frequently we are able to take a look at ter Stegen stays to be visible. I am expecting a totally protective setup and counter-attack game from Ole Gunner Solskjaer.

Defence: Sergi Roberto, Gerard Pique, Clement Lenglet, Jordi Alba
One weak spot inside the Barcelona team now is their defence. Manchester United really Need to take gain of the gap they lead behind. Unfortunately, Jordi Alba has ridiculous pace to get back in position even when he’s hanging round our 18-yard field as his starting position. Clement Lenglet has won the starting centre-back spot from Samuel Umtiti this season to partner former Manchester United defender Gerard Pique.

Midfield: Sergio Busquets, Arturo Vidal, Ivan Rakitic
Sergio Busquets anchors the midfield and along him is the unpredictable Arturo Vidal. You by no means realize what to anticipate from the Chilean. He’s a live wire and we will expect a box-to-box game from him. Vidal makes top notch runs from deep into the penalty location also, so he’s every other purpose risk in this Barcelona aspect, though he hasn’t replicated his goalscoring prowess that he had in Germany and Italy yet. Ivan Rakitic often runs the midfield and you can count on the Croatian to deliver plenty of the ball this nighttime, laying it off to the the front three.

Attack: Lionel Messi, Luis Suarez, Philippe Coutinho
The absence of Ousmane Dembele works nicely for Manchester United due to the fact I wouldn’t fancy their possibilities so much with Ashley Young up towards the costly French forward. Philippe Coutinho plays down the left in his absence and we recognize from his time at Liverpool he can score a purpose out of nowhere. Luis Suarez has been out of form in the Champions League currently but he’ll be up for this night game for sure. The Uruguayan has additionally scored important goals against Villarreal and Atletico Madrid over the past week. There’s nothing to say about Lionel Messi which you don’t already know…

Here’s how May Barcelona line up:

PDP candidate rejects inconclusive election in Ondo South

2/25/2019 04:46:00 PM 0
Mr Nicholas Tofowomo has rejected the decision of the Independent National Electoral Commission declaring election in Ondo South Senatorial District inconclusive. Tofowomo is the senatorial candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party in Ondo South Senatorial District in the last Saturday Presidential and National Assembly elections.

The News Agency of Nigeria reports that Tofowomo polled 79,029 votes against his closest rival. Sen. Yele Omogunwa of the All Progressives Congress who scored 51,993. Prof. Kayode Onifade, the INEC Returning Officer for Ondo South declared the election inconclusive over what he described as various irregularities in the election. He also cited the cancelled votes of 28,047, which was higher than the leading margin of 27,036 votes as another reason for the decision to declare the election inconclusive.

However, in a statement on Monday by the Director of Media and Publicity of the Nicholas Tofowomo Campaign Organisation, Mr Olumide Akinrionlola, Tofowomo condemned the decision.

The PDP candidate alleged that INEC in conjunction with the APC were on course to subvert the will of the people of Ondo South. Tofowomo said that Onifade was unable to give a satisfactory account of the Polling Units where various irregularities occurred until he (Onifade) got to Akure.

He noted that three House of Representatives members were declared winners in the same areas where the senatorial elections were held simultaneously, adding that something was fishy on the decision of INEC on the issue. The PDP candidate urged INEC, to as a matter of urgency, declare him as the winner of the senatorial seat without delay.

He, however, urged his supporters to be calm and avoid taking laws into their hands. “We reject in it is entirety the inconclusive decision of INEC for the Ondo South Senatorial election because it is a ploy by INEC and APC to subvert the will of the electorate.

“We challenge INEC to give a satisfactory account of areas of irregularities because the three members of House Representatives were declared winners of the same election held simultaneously in the same areas.

“It is worrisome for INEC Returning Officer to say he can only give names of troubled areas responsible for the inconclusiveness when he gets to Akure.

“I hereby urge our supporters to be calm and ensure they are law-abiding because our victory cannot be shortchanged,” Tofowomo said.

#NigeriaDecides: Can Atiku finally actualize 27years Ambition Of Becoming The President

2/21/2019 10:36:00 AM 0

Atiku Abubakar was born on November 25, 1946 in a village known as Jada, in Adamawa State, Nigeria. He was named after his paternal grandfather, Atiku Abdulkadir as it was the wont, then, of the Fulani people to name their first sons after their paternal grandfathers. His father’s name was Garba Atiku Abdulkadir and his mother’s name Aisha Kande. Atiku Abubakar is the only child of his parents.

EARLY LIFE AND EDUCATION
Being a devout Muslim and a disciplinarian, Atiku’s father was averse to western education, which he believed came with a baggage of laxity and immorality that could corrupt the impressionable minds of children. Atiku’s father wanted his son to be an Islamic scholar, an authority on Islamic theology who would be presiding over a madrassa. Garba Atiku wanted his only child to become a deep and inexhaustible well of Islamic knowledge that would always quench the thirst of the Muslim faithful known as Ummah for understanding God in the Islamic way.

He (Atiku’s father) himself was a renowned Islamic scholar in the village. He did all he could to shield the young Abubakar from the prying eyes and the proselytizing arms of the Native Authority officials, who had embarked on compulsory mass literacy campaign in the region but all his efforts proved futile. However, for trying to stop Atiku from going to school, his father was arrested, charged to an Alkali court and fined 10 shillings.

Atiku started Primary School in January 1954 in Jada Primary School. He was registered by his mother’s elder brother as Atiku Kojoli.  After the completion of his primary education in1960 he was admitted into Adamawa Provincial Secondary School in Yola. He finished his secondary school in 1965 with Grade Three in West African School Certificate Examination. Atiku proceeded to Nigerian Police College, Kaduna. He left Police for a job to make ends meet at the home front for his mother, who was a widow. His thirst for knowledge acquisition later took him to the Ahmadu Bello University in 1967 to study for a Diploma in Law programme.

CAREER BEFORE POLITICS
Towards the end of Atiku’s Diploma course, in June 1969, a team from the Federal Civil Service Commission came on a recruitment drive to the university and they recruited him into the Department of Customs and Excise. While at the Department of Customs and Excise he completed his training at the Police College in Ikeja, Lagos and at the customs training School in Ebute-Metta in Lagos.

Immediately after his training in Ebute-Metta he was posted to Idi Iroko border station. In 1972, Atiku was posted to Ibadan in 1975 and promoted to Superintendent of Customs. In 1976 he was transferred to Kano. He was transferred from Kano to Maiduguri command in 1977 where he rose to become Area Comptroller. Atiku was transferred to Kaduna in 1980 and back to Apapa Ports in 1982. In 1987, Atiku was promoted to the post of a Deputy Director in charge of Enforcement and Drugs. In April 1989, aged 43, Atiku voluntarily retired from customs as a Deputy Director.

POLITICAL ANTECEDENTS
This is the 27th year since Atiku Abubakar first tried to be President. In 1992, he sought the presidential ticket of the Social Democratic Party (SDP) but he was unsuccessful, coming third in the behind winner MKO Abiola and runner-up Babagana Kingibe.

Atiku had joined the People’s Front of Nigeria (PFN) in 1989 at the behest of Shehu Musa Yar’Adua, the party’s founder. He became one of the National Vice-Chairmen of the party and the party’s sole financier in the defunct Gongola State. When the party was disbanded by the then Head Of State, General Ibrahim Badamosi Babangida, who came up with National Republic Congress (NRC) and Social Democratic Party (SDP), Atiku joined the SDP.

On August 21, 1991 Babaginda created Adamawa and Taraba States from Gongola State. Atiku constested for the governorship position of the newly created Adamawa State; he purportedly won  the primary election but the election was said to be marred by violence and so cancelled on the instruction of the head of state.

Atiku joined the Peoples Democratic Movement(PDM) when the military announced its transition programme in 1998. PDM would later come together with other groups to form what is now known as Peoples Democratic Party(PDP). He was chosen by Olusegun Obasanjo, who had defeated Alex Ekwueme to clinch the PDP presidential ticket, as his running mate. Before Obasanjo chose him as his running mate, Atiku had also defeated his perennial rival, Bala Takaya of the All Nigeria Peoples Party (ANPP), to win the governorship election in Adamawa.
Together with Obasanjo they won the presidential election in 1999. They re-contested in 2003 and won again.

In 2007, he defected to the Action Congress(AC). He won the party’s presidential ticket. He contested and came third behind Umaru Yar’Adua of PDP and Muhammadu Buhari of ANPP, who came first and second respectively. After the election, he defected back to PDP.
In the buildup to the 2015 election, he defected to the newly formed ‘merger’ party – All Progressives Congress (APC).

STRENGTHS
His geo-political zone. Atiku’s influence in the politics of the Northern Nigeria generally is huge. His political clout in the North-East especially in Adamawa and Taraba, which used to form the old Gongola State, is immense and almost immeasurable. He is the Waziri of Adamawa State, the most senior kingmaker in the Adamawa emirate, which makes him a confidant and adviser of Lamido — the king of Adamawa. He will leverage this position to garner massive votes.

He has a network of friends that cuts across the nation. Atiku is a retired customs officer and successful businessman which has helped him to build a vast network of friends across the country. This is a big plus for his political ambition.

Political experience. He is a veteran on the political terrain of Nigeria. He’s been on the scene for the past three decades. He knows the lay of the political land and knows how to navigate his way through the torrid terrain. He is a two-time Vice-president; a former presidential aspirant of the SDP and Action Congress (AC). In fact, he came third in the 2007 election, polling 2,637,848 votes (7.45%) behind Muhammadu Buhari of ANPP who polled 6,605,299 (18.66%) and Umaru Yar’Adua, the winner who had 24,638,063(69.60%). This factor may make some people think he is the right man for the job.

Choice Of running mate. Atiku’s running mate is Peter Obi, the two-time former Governor of Anambra State who is also an astute businessman and politician. Obi’s south-eastern bloc will massively give their votes to their son. Don’t forget they have always complained of marginalization in the scheme of things in Nigeria. Nnamdi Azikwe once served in the top echelons of government but it was as a ceremonial Governor General and titular president. The closest they ever got to the exalted seat of power, apart from Zik’s time, was when the late Alex Ekwueme served as a second in command to the late Shehu Shagari.  This, no doubt, is a grist to the mill of Atiku’s campaign machinery and by extension his political ambition.

READ ALSO: IPOB Leader, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu Calls Off Election Boycott

There is also the Association of Aggrieved Politicians (AAP). Atiku will be counting on the support and political clout of disgruntled politicians who defected from the APC to the PDP. The politicians are so desperate that they will stop at nothing — if they really want remain politically relevant — to ensure Atiku emerges victorious at the poll. This is because failure at the poll might sound their political death knell.

WEAKNESSES
Unimpressive voter demography. Though Atiku is an influential politician in the North, his main stronghold is the north-east geopolitical zone. Unfortunately, his geopolitical zone and that of his running mate have the lowest number of registered voters, according to the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC). The northeast has 11,289,293(13.44%) registered voters while the southeast has 10,057,130(11.97%) registered voters. This is a big minus for the Atiku camp.

His privatization drive. One of the thrusts of Atiku’s manifesto is privatization of public assets. He categorically said during one of his speeches that he would privatise the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC). Not that privatization is bad in itself but Nigerians cannot forget that Atiku presided, as head of the National Council on Privatization, over the sale of several public enterprises which have gone moribund. This privatization idea may be considered suspect in some quarters especially when Atiku’s alleged corruption baggage is reckoned in the political calculation. Privatisation may work against Atiku.

And, finally, corruption and the Obasanjo factor. No politician in recent memory has been accused of involvement in corrupt practices more than Atiku Abubakar. He has even been investigated on cases bordering on corruption on several occasions, and he has been found guilty on a couple of occasions. From Nigerian Ports Authority case to being linked with the US congressman William Jefferson who was sentenced to 13 years in a US jail for bribing Nigerian officials in 2007. In fact, a Senate investigation in 2006 found Atiku guilty of illegally taking funds belonging to the Petroleum Training Development Fund (PTDF).

His former boss wrote reams about Atiku, using unprintable words in his book ‘MY WATCH’. Though they seem to have buried the hatchet now, most Nigerians will not forget those words, believing it was a dispassionate assessment of Atiku by his former boss. This, of course, will count against him.

Breaking: IPOB Leader, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu Calls Off Election Boycott

2/15/2019 02:14:00 PM 0
The leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu has called off the election boycott order he had issued his supporters in the South East. Mazi Kanu, in a statement by IPOB’s Media and Publicity Secretary, Emma Powerful, said due to “our terms and conditions had been met by those wishing us to lift the ban on voting, it was unanimously agreed that the boycott should be lifted.”

The statement partly reads thus: “It’s important we notify the world at large and the indefatigable global IPOB family in particular that our supreme leader Mazi Nnamdi Kanu has called-off the election boycott in Biafraland. “After a brief emergency session of the Directorate of State late last night presided over by our leader, it was determined that all our terms and conditions had been met by those wishing us to lift the ban on voting, it was unanimously agreed that the boycott should be lifted.

“The signed document agreeing to IPOB terms and conditions are in our possession and will be made public in due course. “We can, therefore, state with utmost sense of responsibility and pride that IPOB has accomplished what no other people or group has been able to do in the history of our people.

Without prejudice, this will go down as the defining moment when the irreversibility of the restoration of Biafra was firmly entrenched in the subconscious of all and sundry. As a result of which we can state categorically that Biafra is a lot closer than we think as a result of this.”

5 Creative School Interior Designs That'll Wow You

2/15/2019 01:53:00 PM 0
Interior designs they say, has a way of impacting positively in the life of students, whether at home or in the school. That explains why schools try as much as possible to put the best kinds of designs in the school premises.

However, these schools went extra mile in their quest for a great school designs, and you know what ― we love them! And that's why we've made a compilation of the most creative school designs.

1. The Book Lockers

Well, these kids must count themselves lucky that they attend a school where the authorities thinks about creativity. This school painted the lockers of the student into books to encourage them to read.

2. Vending Library

We'd say that this school's creativity is topnotch, they provided the student with a vending machine that has books in it instead of drinks. The students would have to 'earn' free tokens for them to have access to those books.

3. The 'Little Village' Hallway

Back in the day, our hallways were filled with names of our crushes, rubbish stuff and immature drawing all on the wall, but in this school, they made sure to convert this regular hallway into a little village leading to the woods — a masterpiece!

4. Reflector Mirror For The 'Back Benchers'

They made sure that every student is carried along — even the 'back benchers'. The mirror is strategically placed above the table in front, in such a way that it perfectly reflects what's on the table to the rest of the class — especially those at the back of the class. Great innovation right?

5. The Basket Bin

We all had fun doing this where we used to imagine a trashcan as a basketball goal and we literally threw our trash in that way. This school however, went out of their way to install a basket ball net just above the trashcan, to encourage the students to always use the trashcan. After all, trashing waste shouldn't be boring, a little fun won't hurt.

Weird Scientific Excuses Why Humans Haven't discovered Aliens Yet

2/13/2019 05:19:00 PM 0
Aliens! Aliens!! Aliens!!! We often hear about them and the space exploration for the discovery of alien life on other nearby planets. But each passing day, brings fourth no answer to quench our thirst for answers on where and how we can actually find alien life and then 'scientific' excuses to back it up.

Nevertheless, a phycist who goes by the name Enrico Fermi looked up into the sky, about 60 years ago and asked, "where is everyone". He was talking about aliens.

Today, scientists know that there are millions, perhaps billions of planets in the universe that could sustain life. So, in the long history of everything, why hasn't any of this life made it far enough into space to shake hands (or claws … or tentacles) with humans? It could be that the universe is just too big to traverse.

It could be that the aliens are deliberately ignoring us. It could even be that every growing civilization is irrevocably doomed to destroy itself (something to look forward to, fellow Earthlings).

Find Some OF The Reasons Below:

1. They May Not Be Detectable By Sound and Light Waves

In a small study, the researchers asked 137 people to look at pictures of other planets and scan the images for signs of alien structures. Hidden among several of these images was a tiny man in a gorilla suit. As the participants hunted for what they imagined alien life to look like, only about 30 percent noticed the gorilla man.

In reality, aliens probably won't look anything like apes; they may not even be detectable by light and sound waves, the researchers wrote. So, what does this study show us? Basically, our own imagination and attention span limit our search for extraterrestrialsy. If we don't learn to broaden our frames of reference, we could miss the gorilla staring us in the face.

2. Humans will kill all the aliens (or already have).

The closer we get to finding aliens, the closer we get to destroying them. That's one likely eventuality, anyway, said theoretical physicist Alexander Berezin.

"What if the first life that reaches interstellar-travel capability necessarily eradicates all competition to fuel its own expansion?" Berezin wrote in a paper posted in March to the preprint journal arXiv.org. "I am not suggesting that a highly developed civilization would consciously wipe out other life-forms.

Most likely, they simply won't notice, the same way a construction crew demolishes an anthill to build real estate because they lack incentive to protect it." (Whether humans are the ants or the bulldozers in this scenario remains to be seen.)

3.The aliens couldn't evolve fast enough (and died).

File another excuse under "the aliens are dead already" category. The universe may be teeming with hospitable planets, but there's no guarantee they'll stay that way long enough for life to evolve. According to a 2016 study from Australia National University, wet, rocky planets like Earth very unstable when they start their careers; if any alien life hopes to evolve and thrive on such a world, it has a very limited window (a few hundred million years) to get the ball rolling.

"Life may be rare in the universe not because it is difficult to get started, but because habitable environments are difficult to maintain during the first billion years.

4. The Effects Of The Dark energy

The universe is expanding. Slowly but surely, galaxies are moving farther apart, with distant stars appearing dimmer to us, all thanks to the pull of a mysterious, invisible substance that scientist call dark energy.

Scientists speculate that within a few trillion years, dark energy will stretch the universe so much that Earthlings will no longer be able to see the light of any galaxies beyond our closest cosmic neighbors. That's a scary thought: If we don't explore as much of the universe as possible before then, such investigations may be lost to us forever.

5. The Plot Twist

What if we're the aliens? What if the aliens we've spent billions of dollars looking for, has been us all these while? What if the 'real creatures' found us 'aliens' first and has had us under surveillance for ages and has, in some way, been manipulating our politics, lifestyle etc? Scary right?

Well, in a nutshell, the hypothesis says that much of the life we see on Earth today didn't originate here but was "seeded" here millions of years ago by meteors carrying bacteria from other worlds.

Proponents of this theory have variously suggested that octopi, tardigrades and humans were seeded here from other parts of the galaxy — but unfortunately, there's no real evidence to back up any of that.

One big counterargument: If bacteria carrying human DNA evolved on another nearby planet, why haven't we found traces of humanity anywhere besides Earth? Even if this hypothesis turns out to be plausible, it still doesn't help us answer Fermi's nagging question … Where is everybody?
