The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has said that the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) presidential candidate in the 2019 election, Atiku Abubakar, “invented” outcomes of the closing presidential election to prove his case at the Presidential Election Petitions Tribunal.
INEC in its reaction on Thursday on the tribunal in Abuja disowned
Atiku’s purportedly figures and effects sheet attributed to a website,
factsdontlie.Com and that the website INTERNET site described as
www.Factsdontlieng.Com turned into neither created nor owned by INEC.
INEC
stated the results have been “invented” completely for the petition and
that it “does not share information with such an unclassified
entity and any information purportedly derived there from which does now
not accord with the result as declared through INEC isn't always actual
but rather turned into invented for the purpose” of the tribunal, in
