The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has said that the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) presidential candidate in the 2019 election, Atiku Abubakar, “invented” outcomes of the closing presidential election to prove his case at the Presidential Election Petitions Tribunal.
